Coaching
Coaching can bring clarity, focus, insight and strategy to individuals who are seeking development in their role. It is effective for many aspects of both work and our personal lives, for example managing work/life balance, developing skills for people management or gaining tools for effective communication.
Counselling
Counselling has many benefits in the workplace for individuals who are experiencing stress or distress from work or personal circumstances. Short, solution focused work can support an individual to stay at work or return after a period of sickness absence.
Counselling Supervision
An essential and required element of counselling and psychotherapy practice, supervision is a collaborative space for experienced, newly qualified and student practitioners to reflect on their practice and explore all aspects of their work in a confidential professional relationship.
Sleep Coaching

is an individually tailored sleep coaching programmed to improve insomnia and sleep disturbance.
It can be delivered to individuals or small groups.

Consultative Supervision
For those working in emotionally dynamic contexts consultative supervision offers a confidential, creative space to reflect on the challenges of your work. Consultative Supervision is available for individuals and groups. Face to face, telephone & online platforms.
Critical Incident Support
Support for those who have experienced unexpected and traumatic events. Critical incident support gives individuals and teams the opportunity to talk about and come to terms with what has happened. Facilitated to ensure confidentiality, appropriate interventions there is the option of follow-up individual support if required.
Stress Management
Stress in the workplace cannot be isolated to work-related stress. We bring ourselves to work with our busy lives and all that that entails. A structured approach to highlighting the importance of the recognition, management and support of stress, through training and coaching for individuals and teams will enhance performance and reduce sickness absence.

Mediation
Mediation is an informal and effective way of resolving differences before positions become entrenched. It is a voluntary and solution focused approach carried out by trained, accredited mediators. Workplace disputes can quickly escalate to cause difficulties throughout a team or business.
Mediation offers the opportunity to resolve differences, improve communication and reduce costly (both human and financial) consequences.
